With Davis Medical Transcription there are no hidden or surprise charges. We believe pricing should be transparent so you know what to budget for transcription. Our pricing is simple: you pay for the number of lines you put through the system. Please call us for a free quote specific to your facility needs.
How will you bill me?
You will be billed on the 10th of each month based on the number of lines transcribed during the previous month. Unless otherwise defined, lines are defined as a 65 character transcribed line. Spaces and returns are keystrokes that result in the printed report and are counted, however, underline and bold are not charged.
What about integration with EMR's or other software?
Integration with HL7 interfaces, most EMR software platforms and most dictation servers is all possible. The cost for integration depends on the level of difficulty and scope of work, but it is typically about half the amount our competitors charge.
